SHIPPING & DELIVERY
To make shipping as cost-effective as possible, some goods may require minor assembly when received. Delivery of your product will be via a courier chosen by Gatmans Mowers & More. We will endeavour to have your order delivered in 2-3 working days from payment confirmation, however this can vary depending on your location. Circumstances may occur when it takes longer than usual and this is beyond our control. When we process your order we will give you a time indication via phone or email.
Delivery charges within the North Island and South Island of New Zealand will be shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed.
Delivery prices are $10.00 (Non-Rural), $17.00 (Rural) on all items you can add to your cart. For delivery prices on items you can’t add to cart this is due to the practicality of the product being couriered or availability. If you can’t add an item to your cart please phone: 0800 800 960 to discuss the best way for you to receive your purchase.
If you wish to order and choose to ‘pick up from our store’ freight will be at no charge. If you wish to make an order for product to be delivered outside of New Zealand, please call us on 0800 800 960 to discuss.
We deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time Frames:
North Island 1 – 7 working days; South Island 2 – 10 working days.
Delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand is welcome. Please enter the details of the pick-up point or shipping agent on the mainland at which it would be convenient for you to have the order delivered. Mowers & More’s responsibility for product shall cease on delivery of the order to the shipping agent, properly addressed.
For payments via credit card, your details are delivered immediately to a secure ecommerce server and our bank debits your card for the cost of the items ordered and of delivery. If Gatmans Mowers & More is unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed. All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS POLICY
You may cancel this order without charge at any time up to the time goods are dispatched. Any charge to your credit card will be credited less the freight charge.
LIABILITY POLICY
In no event shall Stilwell & Co Ltd (t/a Gatmans Mowers & More) be liable, whether in contract, in tort or on any other basis, for any damages sustained by any organisation or person arising from or related to loss of use, failure or interruption in the operation of any item, or for incidental, consequential, indirect damages or liabilities or for loss of revenue, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption of any item.
WARRANTY
Product warrantees are provided by manufacturers and distributors. For any warranty issues, please contact us directly, as goods will need to be returned back to base.
