Created in 2011 this is a straight mix of Organic Soy sauce mixed with Big Black Mamas, Bhutlahs, Brazilian Ghosts, Black Nagas, Chocolate Bhut Jolokia, Congo Black Habs and some other secret chillies too! Makes the meanest marinade ever! Goes with all seafoods, chicken, steak, pork and lamb and is great for all Asian style cooking that has Soy sauce and chilli in the recipe. Makes a great Noodle Soup, stir frys, sushi dip and goes real well with Duck dishes too! This is a SERIOUSLY HOT sauce so please use with caution! Heat rating 10+/10
